            Getting diabetes can happen in different ways. Having type one diabetes is in most cases a genetic thing while type two is not. Having type one diabetes means your pancreas is not producing enough insulin not unlock the cell for the glucose to go in to give you energy. When having type two diabetes your pancreas is producing enough insulin to unlock the cell but the insulin cant unlock it. Having either type one or two diabetes is a big thing that causes many changes that you will have to make. Having either type one or two diabetes can cause people to be drowsy, increase urination, and increased thirst. Having any  of these symptoms could mean you having a possibility of having diabetes so you should ask your doctor to check if you have it.

Diabetes causes you to watch what you eat a lot more then a person without diabetes. You have to watch what you eat especially with things like carbohydrates. 

Exercise 

Exercise is a important part of being a diabetic. It can burn glucose while also being able to use insulin better.

Fatigue

As a diabetic you have to be really careful with your blood sugar and forgetting to check it can cause fatigue which is a sign of a to high or to low blood sugar.

Changes You might have to Make

Diet

As a diabetic you will have to change the way you eat. You will still be able to eat stuff you like but you have to change the amount you eat.

Exercise 

Being a diabetic means you will also have to change the way you exercise. You will still be able to do the sports you love you just have to make sure you do not do to much or to little exercise. 

Routines

Changing your routine is something you will have to do. It will not be a big change but taking your medicine and checking your blood will be a major part of your routine.
